Completely immersed in a pine forest and in elevated position, the house overlooks the sea as if from the bow of a ship, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.
A NEW CONCEPT
As generous as the outdoor space was in the original design, it lacked the usability we have achieved with the new concept and the comfort provided by the new materials.
THE DINING AREA
The new design now allows for a dining area adjacent to the house, which can be protected from the sun by an electric awning when required.
THE INTERMEDIATE TERRACE
Slate stone seating with outdoor fabric cushions and Leolori armchairs characterise the central terrace overlooking the guest annex to the home.
THE MAIN TERRACE
Descending the stairs, you are greeted by the main terrace, on which Kos's Wide Tank, delivered by helicopter, has a prominent place, as the villa is only accessible via a series of steps.
ENJOY THE SHADE
The main terrace also has a large bioclimatic Corradi pergola, under which you can enjoy the shade of the Kettal seats.
